So here's a few ideas for death knight abc's. Let me know what you think.

Frost fever -frost ability 2 ticks 3 range

-deal 1 damage to debuffed enemy at the end of ticks 5 and 10.
-debuffed enemy can't be healed.

Shield of distortion -unholy ability
2 ticks

-prevent all non physical damage that would be dealt to this character or target ally within 2 range this turn.

Corpse explosion -unholy ability
2 ticks -unholy death knight required 3 range

-destroy target ghoul controlled by this death knight and deal 2 damage to each character adjacent to that ghoul.

Death grip -unholy ability
2 ticks 3 range

-teleport target enemy character adjacent to this death knight.
-add 1 tick to that target enemy.

Blood strike -blood ability
Instant ability 1 range
-deal 2 damage to target adjacent enemy.

Mind freeze -frost ability
3 ticks 3 range
-interupt target action

Raise dead -unholy ability
2 ticks -play only if an enemy character was destroyed this round.
-summon a ghoul under your control with 1 armor, 1 resist, and 3 health. This ghoul has an attack of 2 ticks, 1 range, 3 melee power with a crit that puts a move -1 counter on the defender.
-destroy this ghoul at the end of ticks 5 and 10.

So those are my ideas so far. Comments would be appreciated. Play testing is definitely needed. So if anyone has some free time, let us know how they work out!

That was a lot of work !!! Especially when every card has a different use for either defending or attacking strategy. They also have very unique abilities that I have never seen in other classes!

I see all of them are useful and well balanced. Raise Death, Mind Freeze and Frost Fever are very brilliant abilities; Death Grip will play a big role in the strategy; Blood Strike is definitely necessary for fastening this class. Corpse Explosion needs ghoul first, so I guess we may cut it down to one tick, because we are not able to use it until a character dies to summon ghoul. The Shield of Distortion look a little slow, may be add recharge or prevent all damage.. but who know, we need to test!

They are completely enough for the death knights to wield and spread the terror into Azeroth!

Is it violating any thing if I retouch WoW action bar cards to make these cards? I have been photoshoping them. If nothing is against the law, I will have them done this weekend.

I'm not sure about the legalities of it, but if you're not comfortable doing it Theblackabbot said he would do it for me. Then I can just post the image links. If you want to take a crack at it feel free though.

Was checkin' in when I had a minute & saw the discussion. Thought this might help:

It has Add-ons for many types of cards, including WoW, I originally got it for heroScape customs, but was delighted to see all of the options.

Checked everyting I can read about GenCon & haven't seen anything about WoW Minis, Has anybody else?

Hey guys!

These 7 cards are done. Pm me and let me know your email so I can send them to you. The only difference is I tried changing Corpse Explosion to 1 tick cost to see how things turn out when we can playtest.

Also if you see anything could be improved, let me know; it would be much appreciated.

So I've showed our cards to some people and I've come up with a couple changes we might need to make.

First on blood strike we should specify that it's melee damage. And second, shield of distortion in the mmo blocks a percentage of damage, so we may want to put maybe a 4 damage cap on it.

4 damage cap, could you explain more? Is that still non-melee damage only?

Yes it's still non physical damage, it just prevents up to 4 of that damage.

I've never played a death knight in the mmo, so I was unaware of this. I just looked at what the card did in the tcg.
